    We are sorry, but even before you made an order, you had more questions that anybody ever asked in 10 years selling our products. And questions as basic as how to make an order on an online shop ! We replied to all your messages from the start.
    Then you tried many times to make an order and you were finally able to make one (how complicated?) after getting helped by our customer service, but of course your order was made with an incorrect Email address, because you were not able to type the correct Email in the form.

    Then as you were happy to receive your order and our products, you made a review without asking us if we wanted one, and if we could offer you a gift, as you should have done.
    Anyway, happy with your review, we decided to offer you a free contact lens pair, but how crazy we were to tell you that we always choose the free pair for people who make review ! How unacceptable it is for you that people give you a gift that you didn’t even deserve because it was not promised to you !
    We are so sorry to know that a gift is not enough for you, but that you want a special gift of your choice !

    You are a liar to tell that we ignored you, as we have spent more time replying to your very useful and smart message than with anybody else !
    And in case you still cannot understand, even if it has clearly been explained to you, we do not reply directly on Facebook and it is a subcontractor who has to send customers to our customer service. But no, again, you decided that we must reply to you on Facebook and then complained again and again.
    You lied again when saying that you were banned from posting on Facebook, the subcontractor just explained you so many times that you must contact the customer service and stop sending your messages to them.

    The only thing that is true is that you apologized, because you clearly knew that you were making problems from the start, thank you for your kind understanding of your own personality !
    So we are very sorry, but at the end, we have enough with you, if you do not want your free contact lenses just tell us, and we will send them to someone else who is able to appreciate a $19.90 gift.

    Thank you again for your order and sorry for the inconvenience but we are happy that you finally know yourself well, even if we never treated you of anything !

    The technical support of the site ignored me, the order was not tracked for a long time, I had to constantly write on Facebook in order to think at least some information. I checked the tracking every day, it didn’t move, and as soon as I posted on Facebook again, God, miraculously suddenly some magic began to be traced. The attitude is disgusting, I constantly apologized and felt guilty FOR MY ORDER.
    Technical support is ignoring, I was banned from posting on Facebook, what should I do? In the end, when I did a review of the lenses, they did not tell me that it was not me who chose the lenses as a gift, and they again ignored me, then I came across rudeness from the Facebook group, in the end I was to blame for everything, and I’m bad. Cool, Thank you, I’m very glad that they treated me like a piece of shit.

    ​First, as you can see, your comment has been published.

    Our products are perfectly genuine contact lenses from Korea, and all our customers are satisfied with them, knowing that they are some of the best genuine products that anybody can find anywhere.

    ​Your contact lenses diameter is correct, 14.20mm, but it is written 14.50mm on the label because these products are sold in a country where 14.20mm contact lenses have not been approved by the local FDA. Anybody who knows about lenses diameter can understand this.

    ​Last, if instead of getting angry for no real reason, you had taken enough time to read out product pages, you would have seen that the products that you had bought are still not available, as clearly explained at the bottom of this page:

    I will never place any order again. False information about the products. I’ve ordered 14.20 diametre lenses and I received 14.50 diametre. Therefore they look so false. Plus I placed an order for a pair of lenses and after payment I’ve been told that it’s sold out and available only in 6 months, after I chose another pair, I saw that the original lenses that I wanted ARE IN STOCK.
    I made screenshots but I can’t upload them to give an evidence of what I said
    This company is not serious at all. I DON’T recommand it.

    I was very happy with your website, how easy and nice was to buy here, and I was absolutly in love with my contact lenses that I bought so many time to you, always the same ones, but one day you just change the colour, I mean, it is still green, but not the same green than before. I bought 3 pairs the last time, and they are now just in a closed box and I have not used them. And I have not bought again in your site anymore.     I ordered three different lenses, however I was only really satisfied with one and partiallt satisfied with another. I got red ones, blue ones and pink ones. I have dark dark brown eyes and the red showed up rather ok. The pink was very dull and just made ny eyes look like a lighter brown. The only one I was not satisfied with at all was the blue, the blue just made my eyes look like black pits, which is definitely not what I was going for. I would seriously recommend having pictures of your products on dark vs light colored eyes. I was glad to know that these go in easily and come out when wanted too.
    I entered the promocode for the cute case and got a pen instead. I really wanted the case.
    Overall, my experience was about a 3/5.

    I have a problem with just one pair though – I have had the exact same pair once before so this is my second pair of them. These are noticeably thicker than my last pair (which ripped so I need new ones) and I can feel the thickness on my eyes. It feels like two lenses stuck together but is only one. It is very uncomfortable and I cannot wear them as it makes my eyes sore :(

    All of my other pairs have been great – around ten pairs
    I tell my friends to come to this site all the time and I also buy off you to give to my friends as gifts

It often happens that customers think that they haven’t received the correct products when orders are actually correct 99% of the time:

    – We need to ask you to check the lenses size and colors, not only trust what is written on the lids and labels because it often happen that manufacturers put wrong labels on the contact lens vials. Also, some contact lenses show a smaller diameter on the label because the biggest lenses are illegal in some countries where they are sold (manufacturers make only 1 label and sell their products worldwide).

    – We buy contact lenses from many distributors who get these products from Korean manufacturers and apply their own labels and brands, so contact lenses are the ones that we declare even if labels (on vials and lids) show anything else. Diameter is always the one that we declare even it is written anything else.

    ​ ​- Contact lenses do not always exactly look like what you can see on the photos because it depends on your natural eyes color, so please make sure that you haven’t received the correct products ​before sending us pictures. It is easy to know that you have received the correct products if you look closely.

    Please reply to this message to send us pictures of the products that you have received (photo of all the lenses + photo of the lids) and we will compare them with the photos of the products that have been shipped.

I just want to make sure you can put the bill clear on the package and not write ‘gift’, because every express delivery in Italy goes to custom, and if they dont find the bill or they read ‘gift’, they then want documents, bills etc to calculate how much we need to pay for custom fees ( that’s because unfortunately many people in Italy bought fake material from China for thousands dollars abusing of the ‘gift’ way, and custom now doesnt accept any ‘gift’ package anymore :(

    I don’t mind paying custom fees, because it’s only 10:20 euros while without bill and with gift written on it, it takes weeks to get the package out of custom.

    Please let me know where i can write these instructions for delivery, when I place my new order ( because on the instruction box I already have to copy the link for the free pairs )

Regardless of what I previously mentioned I got refunded.     I’ve never written a negative review for anything ever, especially not a circle lens website. But the service and products are terrible, especially if you’re buying the ones that other sites don’t sell. Ex( hidrocor soloticas) The pictures they have are not accurate AT ALL and when I told them how poor the product was, they told me “other customers are smart enough to know what it should look like.” I have no idea how I was supposed to know what it looked like when the only picture I found on the internet was their incorrect photo. Honestly it was the service that really made me upset, very rude. I’m really sorry but this is the worst I’ve ever been treated by any company, they never even tried to fully understand the situation. They literally said “Don’t even respond to this because we’re not changing our answer”

    I have ordered the dueba Barbie tony grey before and like them and they are 14.5 mm so I ordered the dueba natural 3 tone contacts that are 14.5mm as we’ll not realizing they are bigger !     I am looking through you large selection of contacts and so far have chosen DUEBA TONY 15mm Green, Blue, Silver & Gold.
    When I choose a color that I like I always check on Google and You Tube for pictures of the contacts, to see how the look on other people and for comment about the contacts as well.
    The four I have chosen so far are lovely colors but peoples comments are quoting that the contacts are
    14.mm or 14.5mm.

    I do not want any smaller than 15.mm, my lenses must be 15.mm or over as I have eye illness and cannot wear small lenses. I have had problems with another contact lense company when I purchased several colored lenses all at the same time. I emailed them to confirm that sizes of the lenses I had chosen were correct and explained about my eye problem and that must be 15mm and over..

    They replied and confirmed that the lenses were correct size. (All lenses I chose were 15mm and over)
    So I purchased the lenses at cost of $230.00, total but when I received them they were all 14.mm & 14.5mm. They would not exchange or refund because all their lenses were small and then would not reply to my emails. I am now taking them to court also for compensation.

    Please send your reply and I urge you to be completely honest as I do not want to have problems again.
    I have many friends who buy colored contacts but I will wait to hear from you before I refer them to you.

    I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

    Of course all the lenses are not shown on manufacturers websites because new series are launched everyday and websites are not updated. We also propose some lenses that we directly buy in Korea and that are not available to the rest of the world. Other shops cannot sell them because they do not buy their items directly from Korea.

    We do not believe that many customers have problems with our products because we are selling thousands of pairs monthly and it hardly happens that anyone has a problem, also, all our customers know that we are selling the best quality products and only authentic products, so they do not need to ask these questions.

    If any customer has problems with a lens he should send us a photo and we will replace the lens if it proves defective, otherwise it just means that customers have purchased lenses that do not fit their eyes and there is nothing that we can do about this.

    We sell thousands of circle lenses every year and a maximum of 1 pair for 1000 pairs sent has a problem. Usually anybody having a problem will contact us as it is clearly the proper way to do when someone respects the shop that has given free products (these items are free for you but not for us as you can guess).

    We always replace any damaged item and you must agree that what you have seen on your contact lens couldn’t be seen by anyone, even professionals (we check all the products that we sell before shipping them).

    You must agree that it hardly happens that people suddenly find a defect on contact lenses after being replied that it is of course not possible to be refunded for contact lenses that they didn’t like (you clearly explained that you didn’t like your lenses and wanted a refund for this reason).

    If you have a legitimate reason to request a replacement for ONE lens please send us the photos of both your contacts but you must know that as it is clearly explained in every message we send, we do not replace contact lenses for any defect that could have been seen before opening the vials. It is customers responsibility to check their products when they receive their order as it is their responsibility to order the products that they like.

    So if your contact lenses really have a defect that couldn’t been seen before opening the vials and that has not been made by someone who didn’t know how to handle the products, we will replace your lens but only if we receive clear photos of the products.

The buyer tell me that one of contact lense is wrong, because she put it on, but one is annoying, she took it off, cleaned the lense very well, changed the eye of contact lens and any way de same lense is annoying again. I asked her if she notes some of fails in the lense. but she tell me that the lense don’t have nothing wrong a first see. One of his friends put it on and have the same problem in one of the contact lenses. You can do something?? Because is not from geo, and don’t have code to check it out.

    Origin Post is preparing shipment.
    I know you are very fast at sending out orders, and I can tell that they were put in the care of the postal system right away, because I can see it on the site. Since it is taking longer than usual, I wonder if you are able to check if it was lost or delayed.
    Also, in the U.S., we no longer receive mail on Saturdays. Because of this, maybe it now takes longer than 10 days to receive your parcel.

I called my local Post Office and was told that the wrong address was on my package and that they were sending it back to the company.     We are very sorry about Fedex and we have tried our best, but as we have told you Fedex, DHL and other courier companies always apply taxes on behalf of customs (the reason why these companies can operate is that that they collect taxes for customs).

    EMS is not available to Chile, so the only way to avoid customs is to send by Registered airmail. We had to send your order by Fedex as you requested because EMS is not available to Chile.

    Can we ask you why you do not buy lenses in advance ? If you are scared not to be able to sell we can change your lenses later because we appreciate your business and really want to help you. So if you want to order lenses that you have not yet sold we promise to change them later if you cannot sell them. This way you will always have lenses in advance in case your customers order them. We have customers to whom we send 20 pairs every 2 days and thanks to this their business is now quite big and they hardly need to change lenses (usually when you have stock customers buy what is available).

    Also, if you want we can also send some lenses to your customer directly and anonymously, so they will never know who has shipped the products (maybe a good way for your to avoid customs in case you need to order many lenses).

    We will send your next order by Registered airmail and if you order many lenses we will split your order in parcels of 20 pairs each as we always do for big orders.

    We are very sorry but Chile and other countries located in South America always are a problem (we can send 100 pairs to EU or US without having to pay tax but it seems impossible to South America).
